If you haven't heard from some guests on your list a few days beforehand, a telephone call or email can be helpful.

Make sure your camera batteries are charged up
Print out the materials you want to have ready (like sign-up sheet, Commit to Help sheet, about WOW!)

If you decided to cook yourself, try to select a menu that you can prepare ahead of time in order to avoid adding those tasks to the

Ask guests to sign in as they arrive

About 30 minutes before the end of your party, distribute the Commit to Help sheets to your guests and encourage them to honor a woman they know by helping a woman across the globe who needs it
Encourage guests to leave forms and checks with you
Give everyone a WOW! brochure to take with them
Tip
Ask a friend to help take photos or video. Sometimes it's hard to host and also be behind a camera!
After the Party
Review the sign-in sheet to ensure all guests filled in their information
Remove and organize forms and donations and place with sign in sheet
Share your favorite photos and videos with WOW!
